Pacific Mango Smoothie

Yields: 2 Servings

Smoothies are my go-to breakfast.  I'm not usually very hungry first thing in the morning, so I like to start things off with something light but jam packed with fuel

The thing to keep in mind is the ratio of veggies and green stuff to fruit:  3:1.  So three parts veggie goodness/green stuff to one part fruit.


16-18 oz filtered water
1/2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp coconut oil
5 strawberries
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1 cup frozen mango
1 small organic Persian cucumber or 1/2 garden cucumber (peeled if not organic) approx. 3/4 cup
4 cups organic spinach
1 celery stalk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 scoops Amazing Grass Green Superfood

Optional Add Ins:

Ashwaganda powder
Camu Camu powder
Maca powder


  1. Cover blades with liquid and then add in all your ingredients.
  2. Process until well blended.
  3. Split between two glasses and enjoy right away, or store in air tight containers (like a mason jar) and enjoy later.
