2 ripe mangos, pitted, peeled and diced
2 avocados, pitted peeled and diced
3 granny smith apples, cored and diced
1/2 yellow bell pepper, seeded and diced
1/2 red bell pepper, seeded and diced
1/2 red onion, diced
2 jalapeños (seeded for mild, seeds for spicy)
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
2 tsp sea salt
- Combine avocados, mangos, cilantro, jalapeños, lime juice, apple cider vinegar, and sea salt in food processor or high speed blender. Process until smooth.
- Combine avi-mango blend with remaining chopped and diced produce and stir until well blended.
